Funny how the increased numbers of concealed carry permits has led to an increase in justified self-defense shootings in PA. Duhhh...it only makes sense that when the cretin element has been running rampant for so long committing crimes ranging from theft and robbery to homicide that citizens have been defending themselves. Maybe the criminals will back off some not knowing which potential victims are carrying.
As Jeff Cooper once said...the homicide rate isn't so bad when you take into account the good riddance factor. More and more citizens are refusing to be victims...good on them.
