Who here has been to the SHOT Show?

The company I work for is sending me there next month.

Any tips, recommendations or can't-miss exhibits? Also open to suggestions for things to do while in Vegas, outside of the show. I'm not much of a gambler.

    Thanks.

You can spend all day, every day, at the SHOT Show and not see everything. Even worse if you take much time at any booth.

PLENTY of things to do in Vegas. Any of the Cirque shows, EXCEPT Cris Angel's Believe, are very good. Ka is my favorite.

Many of the "adult" shows are quite good, and not that wild, typically a few bare breasts and lots of innuendo.

For all shows, I try to get discount tickets at the Big Coke bottle, just up from the MGM Grand. But sometimes there are just no discounts.

The seafood buffet at the Rio is supposedly the best. Discount tickets also at the big Coke bottle.

I think I heard the free show outside of TI is no longer. But the fountains at the Bellagio are a must see.

The casinos have classes on how to gamble, then after the class, you can gamble at a reduced price.

If you have more time, Red Rock Canyon for outdoors, and Hoover Dam for technology are both good.
