Shotgun transfer

Hello,

Can anyone tell me if a non-regulated firearm can be transferred at a MSP barracks, or is this something I can only do at a FFL? I know you can transfer handguns/other regulated firearms through MSP, but I'm just trying to transfer a long gun. I searched around but could not find an answer.

FFL, the MSP won't do it.

I think long guns have to go through the transfer process as well. They instituted that several years ago. You can contact MSP Licensing Division to get clarification.

msp only does handguns , long guns have to go thru an ffl .
