I am cleaning up an old Sears single shot 22. The trigger guard was been shimmed out with an old Sinclair Credit card so that there is clearance for the trigger. That card expired in 12 69.

This is perhaps a family gun. I'm trying to figure out who might have owned it.

Does anyone recall if there was a Sinclair gas station in the Mt Airy area 50-ish years ago? I have seen a clue that perhaps the Ridgeville Garage was a Sinclair station.

    Thanks for any info!

There is a calendar on ebay from the Ridgeville Garage. There is a Sinclair Farm Oils logo on the front. There is a dinosaur cartoon and an advert for DDT on the back.
Don't know what year the calendar is.
Their phone number is Mt. Airy 63.

That's my only Sinclair - Mt Airy connection/clue.

Someone might be reaching across the decades to say something.

Right you are about the picture. So sorry!
