If you still have the factory fixed mag prior to the detachable conversion I would say $500ish.
The detachable mag SKS is illegal in Marylandistan, so that would drop the price by a solid $100.
I think it's legal to own if converted by owner prior to Oct 2013. But not for resale.

Also, for OP, the fixed mag is a serialized part; without the original it's not gonna be completely "numbers matching."

Probably not. From what I can tell from the condition from the pictures, $500 seems about right in the current market. If it had no dings in the wood or scratches or scuffs in the metal finish it could go for $600 or a bit more.

Are you planning on selling it? If not, there are some pretty cool (and cheap) accessories you can get for it.

First off, some original surplus stripper clips. These work great, unlike the reproductions. Second, a front sight adjustment tool. And if the Chinese finger trap in the butt plate doesn't have a cleaning kit beneath it, you can get one to put there. A metal oiler bottle is authentic "kit," as is a Chinese stripper clip ammo pouch that holds up to 20 loaded stripper clips (or 18 plus your oiler bottle.)

First time I saw these at a gun show was at Timonium. The seller had two or three pallets full of them covered in cosmoline. He only wanted $65 each.

Keeping, unless someone gets silly with $50 offer then i have to sell.

    What difference does that make?
Mainly just collectability. The pinned barrels I think were used in the commercial exports, not military surplus rifles. In haven't read any reports of problems with pinned barrels, or one being better or worse than the other. Other rifles, like the AK47 and VZ58 have pinned barrels, so for practical usage, is a non issue.
