Small/Moderate renovation work needed

My daughter needs some work in her house, to undo previous work under previous owner. An un-needed closet that created a too-narrow doorway needs to be restored to previous function, and a passageway into a room needs to be closed off. There may be a few other similar bits.

She is in the Cloverly area, Good Hope Rd.
