recently got the shield plus performance center edc kit, have yet to get it to the range but it’s pretty sweet. The knife and flashlight are nice as well:

I lucked into a really early no-dash, but only one mag. The fit and finish is outstanding.

Last week I got my Shield 1.0 slide back from Maple Leaf Firearms. They did a 407k/507k optic cut and nitride refinish. I'm very happy with the results, worth the 9 week wait door-to-door.

Presentation out of the box was fantastic. Small tin was spare screws and mounting info/tourque specs. (a nice touch that I didn't initially notice is that they nitrided over the "Caution: Capable of Firing with Magazine Removed" warning on the slide.)

I added the Recover Tactical SHR9 and TLR-7 sub. Trying out the ETS flush fit mags because they were sub $10 a piece.

Maple Leaf mounted it for me but I still need to sight it in.

    S&W 629, 6.5 inch barrel.

The 7 day wait starts today.

Thank you to Squaregrouper and Masada Tactical for accommodating the transfer.

Santa brought me this last Christmas
S&W 638. One of those classics I’ve always wanted. She’s seen a lot of range time since December!

I’m thinking of picking up a 686 plus 3” for a backup ccw. Any thoughts/input from the crew?

I have the 2.5 inch barrel. Even though it’s large, with the right holster it disappears. Size is not the issue, but weight. Full strength .357 loads can be challenging, but 38s are a dream.

    Thanks, Joe.

Yeah man, 357 from a 4.25 is fun, I worried the 2 or 2.5” would be punishing but I’m hoping the 3” will be less hurtful

Here’s my dads 3914, about 32 years old. And my first ever purchase 24 years ago, my 6906. Both are with me permanently now
