Guess I should start with a lower :party29:

I imagine BCGs, LPKs, Lowers, etc are going to hard to find right now.

This will be my first build! Ill be keeping an eye out on the forums for In-stock updates

I just felt like I had to tell someone, any advice is appreciated:yummy::yummy:

2A Sales has just about everything you need. Lowers, LPK's, BCG's, barrels, stocks, buffer tubes, buffers, pistol grips, etc... are in-stock. You should stop by there. Its about 50 mins from Hampstead.

Get in on the Engage lowers. Billet for a solid start of a build.

Or 2A is awesome. And they have SWAT Billet Lowers, in stock.

Get a White Oak SPR barrel or a Noveske. The barrel is the heart of an SPR and these are two great SPR barrels.

I've been contemplating an SPR upper to throw on one of my lowers. The two options I'd arrived at were Noveske and Centurion Arms (DMR upper).

Here is my attempt at an SPR, not sure if it fits anyone elses idea, but it is a great shooter.

Not to take business away from any IPs, but if you are like me and don't have access to the tools resources and you want to buy a complete upper, check out High Caliber Sales. It's about as close to the real thing you can get with the same parts that go into an actual MK12. I bought one and am quite pleased. However, I have yet to purchase a scope for the rifle. They will also build it to your spec as long as he has the parts.

What makes the white oak an spr barrel? I just ordered a 20" fluted...to my knowledge they all have the 11degree crown?

are you stuck on 5.56? I started with an Armalite AR-10 A4 SPR then modified to fit my ergonomics. It is an awesome platform to start with and the price point is lower then going with the high end pieces. It looks more like the Super SASS but I did not know about the SASS until after I modified.
