    Sliced!

This pic was taken after we ate dinner and the wife was packing up platers for the holiday party season. I swear we get invited to parties just because we bring stuffed ham.

    That ham looks delicious!!

    Thank you and it is:D

Beautiful!! I so love stuffed ham! Jealous :envy:

Don't be. We have a commercial kitchen ready to go and will be putting a date out for the SOMD Stuffed Ham class soon. The class will be charged per ham not per person but to make sure we have enough room we ask that only 2 people per ham. I will be starting a new thread to put out the details. When you leave the class you will have a ham ready to cook. We will give you info about what you will need to cook them at home including cooling and slicing prior to the class. Please keep in mind that most SOMD Stuffed Hams take 6+ hours to cook.

Damn, I go away for a couple of days and come back to see this resurrected! :party29:

With Christmas less than a month away I might have to take another shot at it.

Have a happy thanksgiving everyone and enjoy your ham!

I've made a couple with my ex's dad. Its an azz load of work for nothing that special. As a dislocated midwesterner I cant see the effort vs reward in it. One sammiwich of it usually covers me for about a year.

I am too lazy/tired/hungry right now to read this whole thread again this year, can someone tell me where to go to get the best one for T-Giving this year? Do I have to order in advance? How long would it be good for? I have to travel from the eastern shore to pick it up in SOMD and then take it to Ocean City on T-Giving. Could I start the cooking at home in the morning and finish it down in Ocean City?
