    It uses Para Ordnance magazines. The frame is cast not forged like the other 1911's they build. There was a period where there were a few frames cracked, but that has been engineered out on the raw material and production end. If the frame does fail, SA will take care of the issue as long as it hasn't been abused or altered. I had a nibble on one a few years back but someone got it before I did.

    Is this version approved for sale in MD? IS SA actually making it? I know it shows in their catalog, but are they still making them?
