I came home last night after doing two transfers at Hagerstown msp and having interesting conversation with the desk corporal and late meeting the wife for my cold supper,i thought to my self I will put the receivers back in the safe after I eat,car is locked and in the yard next to the house, what would happen if you own a regulated long gun/soon to be banned long gun and it is stolen say next year and properly reported, can you replace it or are you permantly sol now? btw the receivers got put away while cold supper was reheated again:lol:

There is no provision to replace stolen guns that become banned on Oct. 1st. Owe'Malley and his cabal didn't want us rearming....

You'd be fvcked. Which is why the privacy breach is so concerning. Not only is your address and what you own floating out there for thieves to find, but you have no recourse if they do steal your guns.

What a depressing thought that a thug could take our property and we cannot replace our toys.

After watching John and Andi last week with Del. Mike Smigiel on, I posed that question to him. He was unaware of anything that could allow us to replace our banned items. I then posted here and basically was advised (which is what I thought) that we would all be SOL.

But we can all sleep peacefully knowing no criminal would ever steal a "banned" toy from us "law-abiders" since criminals know they can't possess them.

    Right?

A Stolen BANNED Rifle or a Receiver from a BANNED Rifle that's damaged beyond repair will result in you being SOL. There is no provision for replacement.

Na, they'll turn them into to MSP at their earliest convenience for the greater good. Yes.
