It's really not that difficult. If you sell it out of state, it will be going to a C3 dealer in that state. That dealer will fill out the transfer forms for you to sign and send off. Once ATF approves the transfer to that dealer, you box it up and send it off.

If you are selling it to another MD resident, it is just a Form 4. The form 4 pdf is on the ATF website, or I can email it to you. You just copy much of the info off of your approved form 4 and add the purchasers info.
