Amen to THAT. Some grandstanding court attorney needs to be taken down a few pegs by the Missouri States Attorney,, and the Missouri cops, as well as the judge who approved the warrant, are going to have to learn what an ILLEGAL warrant actually IS. Red Flag "laws" are illegal right from the start. Guilty Until Proven Innocent?? RF doesn't apply to this couple anyway,,, as lawyers themselves, they are considered Amicus Curiae. We not only have to defend against the ravening hordes, we have to defend against our own courts, and government which has allowed the Second Amendment to be whittled away to the point of non-existence. Am I over-reacting? I don't think so. America is in Trouble. We have allowed this to be bought upon ourselves. We MUST act to Fix The Problems. Vote RED. Remove the libtards, criminals, communists, socialists, and illegals. MAGA involves ALL of US,,,,,,,,,

It’s a problem with both parties, hold Republicans accountable as well rather than just raging at democrats.

"I like taking guns away early," Trump said. "Take the guns first, go through due process second."
I find it hard to believe that Trump actually SAID that. I would have to see the entire conversation.

This. With her finger on the trigger to boot.

They will get their frigg'n guns back after someone sits that woman down and explains that she can't be a frigg'n retard. And then sits the man down to tell him he should keep his half-witted woman in check.

The man practiced safe handling of his weapon. If she hadn't been a dumbass this wouldn't be an issue.

Unfortunately, the man WAS NOT handling his weapon correctly. He was not pointing the weapon at anyone, however he was muzzle sweeping the MOB.
Pointing a weapon at someone is considered assault although he was not actually POINTING....just sayin'.

That said, no one knows what they would REALLY do when faced with that situation. We like to think our training will kick in. He has a right to protect his property. He should not have the law brought down on him. At most, mandate that he and his wife take the beginners course with the NRA. Period.

Watch the video on there. At the 7 second mark you can see the mob reek total havoc on that gate. They have a angle grinder there, and they’re just going to town. (They just walk through the open gate, and it’s clearly the front of the march)

I think it’s important to realize that the news outlets and social media we choose to consume are tailored to each of us. We then place these events into the narrative of how the world is in our own eyes.

Was the gate damaged at some point as people flooded through it? Probably. But was this a couple making a last stand against an invading mob rocking a gate until it collapsed? No. It was just some scared people who overreacted and made responsible gun owners look bad.

I stand corrected. They were both kinda retarded. Really, you are right.

I don't know whether Trump actually said that...a lot of quotes have been attributed to him that he never uttered. That being said...he does have a habit of voicing random thoughts that while he may not mean them in the way they sound...have been taken out of context or completely misquoted for political reasons.

Not just with Trump...but with Bill Clinton, W and Obama as well...they were so universally reviled by some that anything could be made up and spread as a real quote for nefarious reasons...and many would believe it because they wanted to. Not that I'm a fan of BJ Bill or Barry Soetero but there's enough real things they said and did that spurious quotes were unnecessary. Fair is fair and there are those from both sides who have committed such untrue acts.

The fact that they only took the two weapons used in the "incident" seems reasonable. If that is all they have then shame on them. I actually think it's funny when people in the top 10% living in gated communities finally feel the need to exercise 2A Rights. The BLM crowd in front of their Mansion was probably the first minorities other than landscapers they ever saw on their street. The way they went out like amateurs waving guns is almost comical. You would think as attorneys they would know better.

Yeah, technicalities,,,,,,,, This couple did NOT kill, harm, or shoot ANYBODY. They successfully defended themselves, their friends and their home. They will have to buy another gate.

The best defensive weapon is the one you never have to actually use. In that respect...the couple did well. Deterrence only works if the cretins believe the threat of force being used against them is real.

Look at those rich white b**tards in they're living room. That place must be worth a large fortune. Then look at the poor black thugs that were going to kill the couple and burn the place down. Its a shame they couldn't take some of the wealth away from the white couple, and give it to the blacks. :innocent0
I am going to take this comment as extremely sarcastic. I sincerely hope there are no libtards associated with this group.

I find it hard to believe that Trump actually SAID that. I would have to see the entire conversation.

I mean, he did though. Those exact words. To a room full of lawmakers. And 'ol Pounce jumped in quickly to try and 'clarify' (read: walk back) that comment. This was the same meeting where Trump espoused that, it's ridiculous that at 18 you can buy an AR-15 but you have to be 21 to buy a handgun, and you should have to be 21 to buy certain rifles as well.

Given the incredible flip-flops on gun rights from this administration we've seen the past 3.5 years, I really don't know what's so hard to believe about it. Trump's not for the 2A, he's just better by comparison to Hillary, which is an infinitely low bar when talking about a candidate that's actually for our gun rights.

Trump would sell your gun rights for a ham sandwich, if that was what the moment called for to make him look good (remember bump stocks? remember red-flag laws?), and I don't understand the continual BS on this forum where people believe otherwise. It's willful ignorance at it's finest. Shame we can't get a candidate on board that actually cares about our rights and not just whatever nets them the most approval in a given 72 hour period.

LOL, Really. Do you think 2 people with 2 firearms are going to defeat that crowd ? Missouri is open carry I'm sure a few had firearms on them. Do you really think the smart thing to do is go to battle with them unless absolutely needed ? They should call the police who would respond to that neighborhood, for god sakes the mayor lives there.
If they did do this and lived, I know some black folks who would have their own mansions when the lawsuits ended. It's comments like some in this thread that are getting are guns taken away.:sad20:
"When Seconds matter,, the police are only Minutes away..." nuff said.

There are too many people who have been taught to be "afraid" of guns. They think that what happens in the movies is real. If we ALL start educating our friends, family, neighbors, and acquaintances, we will be much better off. And hopefully, some of the new "COVID and/or civil unrest made-me-buy-a-gun," people will remember how hard it was for them to get a gun, and will vote accordingly.

I read that the warrant was based on charges the corrupt DA plans to file for something in the missouri law that prohibits threatening or menacing with a firearm, however that same law also provides an exception for self defense on your own property. Its obviously all political. "The process is the punishment" again.

In all fairness, different state, different law.
BUT...this probably would not be allowed to pass in this day and age, in Kalifornia. :mad54:
The LAW,,, is the Constitution Of The United States Of America. The Second Amendment is part of that Law. It is clear, concise, immutable, and NOT subject to discussion.
