So, I got a 91/30 for Christmas. I took one pic, but it hasn't been fully cleaned and such yet so i've only taken the one picture that I posted in the "What I got..Xmas" thread. I'm off thursday, so my plan is to clean the old gal up real nice and take more pictures. I want the various markings to show up very well, so I did a bit of googling. One article told me to use white crayon to fill in the markings for pictures. I can't see how that would hurt the rifle in any way, but I thought I'd ask y'all what you'd use. I thought I saw something about white chalk somewhere around the boards, but what the heck, I'll risk not using the search function today. So, what would YOU use to fill in the various markings?
