Has anyone found out whether the 9mm barrel will meet

It does not meet OAL. The barrel is only 17".

It does not come with sights. You use either your existing top rail, or your IDF BUIS.

The 9mm kit actually sucks a lot less for the IDF version for that reason; you buy the 9mm kit and a Mepro 21 with Tavor mount, and you're set.

Another $900 bucks to end up with a $3000 9mm carbine... tough call. Although it would somewhat pay for itself after a few thousand rounds and be fun to shoot suppressed.

I'd wait a while and let the price settle a bit. They'll probably end up at $500-700 after the initial wave of demand.

I said that about the KSG as well. Depends on demand, the Tavor crowd is fairly passionate.

That said ERWOS's comments about the reail are significant, makes me wish I had gotten the IDF version before the iron curtain came down (still can but the 4" flashider looks stupid).

Doubt you will see them in that price range unless IWI drops the price ALOT... These things are expensive to buy...
