I went at 7:00am, only maybe 10 people in line. Drove past polls on way home and it wasn't that busy. I just hope everyone who hasn't voted will hit the polls on the way home. And vote for Hogan of course, for the life of me I can't figure out why anyone would vote for the pompous ass.
I voted about 1:45 PM today at the Westminster area polling place. I was able to park right up front, go in and get my card and straight to a machine to vote. The machine worked fine though I indicated to the polling judge I wanted a faulty machine that would change my votes around. The whole process took about 10 minutes from entering to exiting the doors though it would have been only 5 minutes if I had my mind made up in advance as to which person I was going to vote for governor. j/k
I went at 1400 in Carroll county, in and out. Barely anyone there. Kinda what I was expecting, that's why I went then. Wife went at 1730, much of the same. In and out in no time.
