Reverse every "national monument designated by Bubba Clinton,starting with the Escalante blah blah blah. That was done to remove the 2nd largest clean coal deposit in the world from access. It was done as a favor to Chinese campaign donors.
Reduce DC to only the area containing the whitehouse and congressional buildings. Return all residential areas to the states they were once part of.
