Memorial Day to Labor Day at the USDA in DC saw the white shoe and white belts in all of their forms and glory being displayed each and every day of the week. The late 70's were great times for fashion.

My dad did wear white shoes and a white belt along with white pants and white shirt everyday at work. He was a naval officer working at BuPers.
