I love the classified section. I have bought and sold several items for good deals and good profits. It should just be an after thought, not the reason for joining the forum.

The rule on a forum I used to frequent was that the classifieds were free for people who wanted to get rid of the occasional piece of surplus gear. If the owner thought you were using it "for profit" then he charged you the same as a business member of the forum. Which was only fair since the business members were paying for the privilege and competing with the "free" posters.

It can be difficult to get to 50 when you don't know all that much compared to others on the board. Sometimes you have to post something for the sake of posting.
