Hello All,
Today from 8:00 AM - 3:00 PM people can submit and/or request in-person testimony, and/or vote favorable for the following Maryland General Assembly House bill.
HB 854: Criminal Procedure – Expungement of Records – Revisions
This bill will be heard by the House Judiciary Committee on Tuesday, March 7th.
This bill is different from most others because it is sponsored by delegates that support the 2nd Amendment and the right to self-defense. Our good friends at Maryland Shall Issue are supportive of this bill.
Please review the proposed bill at the MGA website and voice your opinions and voice your comments on them today, March 3rd from 8:00 AM to 3:00 PM. This bill has been put before the House Judiciary Committee by Second Amendment supporters and advocates, so please check it out and submit your opinion and testimony, etc. It's important for these legislators to know they have public support and that we have their back on these issues, so please give these bills a look and voice your opinion, and tell your friends to do the same.
