Trading brass or powder for Primers

I have 1k of 40S&W or a 1lb of Hodgdon H4895 I would love to trade for some small pistol primers. I'm down in California, MD.

Have you tried the Tacklebox? I have seen CCI #500s in there once in a while.

I have some primers I could spare and could use some .40 Brass and I have 9MM brass. lets talk
