Hello this is Dr Phil. Since supply is tight, I took your advice and looked at GunBroker. I have never done an out of state transfer. Couple of questions:

I know you do transfers from a FFL but do you do them from a non-FFL?

I am looking for a Colt AR -15 ( I know you got some yesterday, but I never got the email from you). I understand the issue regarding max of 20 round mag but are there other restrictions on AR's ? Anything about flash suppression? Any other restrictions?

No long gun restrictions in Maryland; only magazine restrictions.
