There used to be a guy in Delaware who worked on all types of optics. He could do almost any mod you wanted and he really knew his stuff. I don't have his information anymore but you may try googling rifle scope repairs.

    I appreciate the info
This is something I can do myself.
These scopes have a literal "wire " replaceable reticle.
    I'm not sure about spacing

Unertl went the way of the dodo bird, who was it that bought them out? U.S. Optics (ultimately anyway) IIRC? You might contact them to see if they can help you with it.

    Yes US optics ..
But they never produced any of the original barrel mounted external adjustable scopes like these

Im curious as to why you would like a moa reticle installed into a micrometer scope.
Isn't that what the knobs are for?
Micrometer adjustment Unertls are no different than why do they use moa or mrad in modern scopes with internal adjustment.
Holdover reference, to eliminate all the cranking n twisting if the adjustments

Ok I see, I just adjust the drums on mine and drilled for the blocks 7.2"
    Thanks!
    Yes
That will give you 1/4" per click value at 100 yards.
I use Unertls for benchrest 22s..
    And with standard blocks.
Just about 180 yards, you run out of elevation adjustment.
I can go to thinner block and gain yardage. But can't increase actual elevation "adjustment"
Without a doubt, they are as good of scope as anything made today for clarity. Parrallex free, and absolute accurate repeatable adjustments

My favorite 22 rifle still has open sights on it.
I can shoot it from 25 to 200 yds just by adjusting the back sight, but the clicks are so great even from 100 to 200 I have to look at the site scale.
    Yes
My Redfield Internationals sites work great at 1/8" per click at 100..
By my eyesight now days lol
I need a BIG target lol
My Unertls, especially my 36x make easy work of 200-300 yard targets
