Upcoming (Frederick County) Sheriff’s Office Open House – Aug. 18

On August 18, the Sheriff’s Office will be partnering with Frederick County Emergency Communications, the Maryland State Police, Frederick County Department of Fire and Rescue Services and other agencies to host its annual family‐oriented Open House event at the Frederick County Law Enforcement Center, located at 110 Airport Drive East, Frederick.

The event will include building tours, table and public safety vehicle displays, a hands‐on crime scene station and K‐9 demonstrations. Weather and conditions permitting, a Maryland State Police helicopter will make an appearance.

I really wish they would do these events and things like coffee with a cop on the weekends. It makes it really hard to attend and support during weekdays.
