I just got a message from Pete (the guy who's "sponsoring" the group buy). He was getting the kits through Cope's with his FFL discount and apparently the parts kits are two weeks out.
Now if the kits are two weeks out, all hope is not lost. If nothing else happens, we would get the kits before the shoot, which will greatly aid us in getting kits to people who don't live near Hazzard County.
If they don't get here before the shoot, it'll take some more work getting them out to everyone, but I don't think it will be too much of a hassle.
I personally, say we just wait it out and hope they get here before the shoot.
If anyone would like to cancel their order, thats fine and I can either return your money on Paypal, if thats how you paid, or rip up your check when I get it in the mail.
