    Would they be able to? Of course.
    Would they be able to legally? Well..... The police can detain a law abiding citizen who has literally done nothing but OC, seize his firearm, refuse to return it on request, and people here will defend them. I don't think that it would be legal, but nobody seems to care. How much money do you have to spend fighting in court anyways?

    The holster sniffers have lost that argument in the CA4.

    In a perfect world, the government would respect the rights of it's citizens.

    But alas, the world t'is not perfect. Which is why we have the 2A, so we can shoot them when they don't respect our rights. But nobody seems to have the stones for that anymore, myself included.

    I mean heck, the founders started killing people because they put a tax on their favorite breakfast beverage for God's sake. :D

    Edit: since this is an open forum, I'll throw in a little disclaimer to not take me too seriously lol. ;)
