USCCA insurance question

I got an email today from uscca saying that my activation is incomplete. Said i havent completed my education, training and my self defense insurance. I was under the impression that all i needed to do was pay and the insurance was active. Are there requirements that need to be completed for the insurance to become active?

I would call and talk to them. Or call the number on your policy.

Definitely call but they are simply promoting the website for training and education purposes.
