User Control Panel Issues

Howdy folks. I am a recently added member and when I first signed on, but before I was accepted by the moderators, I could not edit my avatar. But since being accepted, now my signature is missing and I don't even have the option to create one in the user control panel. Not that this is a big issue or anything, I just find it odd.

I think you need a certain number of posts before you can add a sig line.

I had a sig line before I was accepted by the mods and even able to post...weird
