Using a chronograph at the Hap Baker pistol range

Is this possible? There are no cease fires called, so I see no opportunities to safely set one up.

I was out there last week and a guy had one set up on the rifle range. I actually talked to him about it quite a bit because I've been kicking around the idea of getting one myself. As far as the pistol range, I honestly don't know, but I know for a fact you can do it on the rifle range.
