UTS-15 Gunsmithing help needed

Trying to find out if there is a gunsmith out there that is familiar with or might be able to fix my UTS-15. Bought it earlier this year because I always wanted one, regret it now because mine is defective and will only fire if you push forward on the pump while you pull the trigger. I have done some research and apparently some are not machined correctly and do not fully lock the bolt without forward pressure. I then found out that UTAS-USA will not service these because they cannot get parts, and the parent company in Turkey is MIA. So now I have an expensive paperweight unless I can find a smith who might be able to figure out the issue and fix it. Any help anyone can provide would be greatly appreciated!!

My recommendation....do not buy a UTS-15....
