Visual Difference of AELR/COMAR Stuff

Hey all. I know a thing or two about computers, so I wrote up a little tool to help view the difference between the COMAR regulations.

NOTES:
1. Things removed from the OLD regulations will not show up (yet) in the new regulations
2. Viewing the NEW regulation shows the complete document.
3. Viewing the OLD regulations won't show the complete document. (To be fixed.)
4. The tool simply tries to find the closest matching line. It's not quite perfect yet.
5. Yellow highlighted lines were not found in the OLD document. Just because the line isn't highlighted doesn't mean it hasn't changed, however. This will be fixed next update.
6. I've only done 29.03.01 -- I'll start working on 02 tonight.

Thanks! It's not perfect yet, but I'll update the first post as I update the tool.

I (selfishly) made my own thread to try and separate things from the general chatter. I hate reading non-threaded forums
