    Read an interesting analysis:

Think long term. How can you introduce someone new to guns? How can you take your buddy to the range and let him try your gun if you need a background check or license to "transfer" the gun?

Long term effect: Gun ownership becomes far less common and easier to ban.

We've got to fight this now!

It has been stated many times that handing someone one of your guns to shoot at a range is not a "Transfer" Transfer is a change of ownership.

Plan D? Not worth the hassle.
Someone must be "harmed" before a challenge can be issued.

Not quite... I don't think its reached court yet. But it may fail on its face if it it conflicts with precedence a request for an injunction should be possible. Of course it can be denied..

I know that they were involved in the referendum fight..
