Can anyone give me the specific highlights of how the new MD gun law will actually affect us?

Specifically:

What are the by-name guns they will ban?

What are the "evil features"?

What will be the new regime for purchasing Regulated Weapons?

Thanks, but I am new. I am trying to understand this particular piece of political sausage.

So, from what I understand so far, if it is currently a "Regulated Assault Weapon" it will now be banned after 1 Oct. Current owners will be grandfathered in.

I am still reading thru the other post to understand the rest of it. Of course, after MOM signs it, I am sure it will posted online like the rest of the Annotated Code.
