Ratcheting hammer,
I just checked the Lee website and that problem is already known. The progressive presses are supposed to use the chain pull powder reset because it resets at the bottom of the ram stroke, and the spring resets as the case clears the die. Lee specifically states that the use of the spring reset on the progressive press can result in a double charge.
I guess it would have paid for me to read all of the directions before putting that spring on.
