I found this while taking around in my garden today. Looks like a small horn of some sort, goat? It's hollow for about 3/8" and then solid. It's fluted.

Horn is typically solid (either the bony core or the hair-based sheath), especially that close to the tip. Antlers are solid all the way through.

    What does it taste like?

Looks like molded plastic, like maybe a portion of an ornamental foot from a table leg or chair.

If it's plastic, a shaving will burn and smell like burnt plastic. If it's horn, a shaving will burn and smell like burnt hair.

Chupacabra claw. Its been ground down some though. Likely fell off cause its elderly. I'm sure other Chupacabras have eaten it by now. They usually don't leave much waste and that is why you don't see a dead one all that often in the states.
