That’s how it looks to me. I had a Levang on my SBR for a while. Makes a nice fireball out the muzzle but seemed to eliminate muzzle rise.

Hmm - ok - I guess I was thinking a comp would have a hex base for a wrench. Obviously not. I think you hit the nail on the head.
