What's up MDSHOOTERS . Been lurking here for a couple months now, figured I should say hi. Anyway, I've only been into firearms for bout 1.5 years so I'm still learning a lot. Got my Hql over the summer and just took the NRA RSO class last weekend . Did the RSO class more for the info than anything and since I don't get to a range much I figured it would be helpful . It was. Going to do the Utah class in November . Got a cz75 sp01 last month and it's awesome ! Anyway, look forward to learning from the more experienced and maybe go out and shoot sometime.

Welcome officially to the forum there lurker. Sounds like you are already on the right path by seeking expert training. And the HQL can be your ticket to the poor house. Congrats.

By now I'm sure you have detected the tone of some posts can be quite hostile. Don't let that get you down as there is a ton of good info to learn here. The SOMD posters tend to be more accepting of their own, and unlike me, most tend not to be curmudgeons. I try to keep it in check!

One word of advice. Learn to use the search function before posting new threads, and most questions are covered in detail in earlier threads. A good current example: http://www.mdshooters.com/showthread.php?t=162453 But I'm only a 13rn, so what do I know?
