Who do you guys recommend to work on revolvers? I have a good friend who would like to get the cylinder throats measured and reamed if necessary and a general going over on a older model Ruger Voquaro 45 Colt.

Hennessey up in Wilmington, DE worked my Smith model 10. He took the cone down to 11 degrees, etc etc. did a very nice job. Call Millers Gun Center and ask for him, they'll hook you up.

For cylnder reaming specifically try cylndersmith (dot) com .

To show my age Maryland used to have a world class revolversmith , but Lou Ciamillo moved to Ga , and his company now goes by MGW instead of Maryland Gun Works.
