It’s not on his list of bill signings for today. If the math is correct it goes into law after today if he doesn’t sign it.

Maybe he’ll veto it because it’s unconstitutional

If you're interested in Moore data, I extracted the bill status table from the MGALEG site (which they make very difficult to do.) I have attached it as a .csv ASCII file and as a .xls Excel spreadsheet. You can search, sort, and question the data. Not sure exactly what the difference is between "Returned Passed" and "Passed Enrolled." Both indicate "off to the guv'nah" on the MGA's bill pages.

    O ye of little faith!

Of course he will veto it; it's his obligation, because of his oath of office. His Attorney General will certainly inform him that the bill is unConstitutional on its face, based on the Bruen decision.

Then he can say, I never signed that garbage, while also reaping the rewards of it passing anyway.

    Just my guess.

So, he's not signing it into law so he can say when it's struck down that he knew it was unconstitutional, but it was already law when he signed, and the ceremony was just a formality.
