Winchester Model 63 Price Check

I'm not too good with the myriad of late 19th/early 20th century rimfire guns. Winchester Model 63, semi auto tube fed 22LR. Tube is in the stock. Metal has a great patina to it, stock is (almost suspiciously) flawless. Serial numbers comes to 1947. Get photos once my kid falls asleep.

Local shop has one on consignment for $1200. Nice guns but way overpriced. That being said it is twelve as nice as the one with 90% of its bluing. Give me a MDL 61 any day

stock and forearm have been poorly refinished, no collector's value,
bluing is gray and metal is not very good.
$450 on a good day if the bore is good.
Would you like to have this nice old plinker for $450 or a new Ruger 10/22
22's after around 1900 usually have good bores because black powder faded away and 22's have the bullet lube that usually kept the bores from rusting.
New made Jap 63's are around $1200

What do Gunbroker "sold" comps suggest?

I'm a big fan of W-1890s and have purchased and sold (4) to get the one I have now..

I'm old enough to have actually shot one at a Carnival ~60 years ago and fell in love...
