Saw this on YouTube. https://www.wittmachine.net/sme.html. It's not a suppressor, it's a sound mitigator. Using 5.56 ammo, the shooter and people behind him get 138 DB, but anyone forward gets 150+ DB. The mitigator screws over the included brake, so recoil and muzzle rise are dampened but you don't blow out your eardrums if you have to shoot unprotected.
