Saving my $$$ for Louisville trip this year. SOS & National Gun Day the same weekend. Now that's a gun show.

I thought they had certain shows when the whole room was filled up and others when just half is filled up. The last one I went to last year was the half filled show and it left a lot to be desired.

Could you be thinking of Harrisburg?

York is usually two rooms, one full and one mostly full... but the last show they were both full.

Harrisburg is usually held in a large room but for the past year or so it has only occupied a small portion of it.

York is usually bigger than Harrisburg, at least since Covid.

It is about 1,000 tables. But it is not Oaks or Harrisburg.

Harrisburg is smaller now than it was in the past... the next one in March is showing 800 tables.

York is generally a better show now, unfortunately. When I first started going Harrisburg was huge.

I think you are right. It is Harrisburg I was thinking of.

York is good and close for me, "1k tables" usually 2 big rooms at the fairgrounds, the tri county show is good, some of the other gun shows are smaller. Oaks is the biggest, and probably the best, 1500 tables, 3 rooms at the Greater Philly Expo center. Harrisburg used to be really good, over 1K tables, and the Farm show complex is huge, but it is a lot smaller now, they say 800 tables, but think that is optimistic, about the size of the "small" York shows.

Lots of guns and accessories, some powder and primers, cub scouts selling chocolate bars and girl scouts selling cookies.

SCCG, Sarco (I think) and Dennis Todd also had tables of goodies.

It was so overcrowded I couldn't properly enjoy it. There was a lot of inventory but most of the prices on things that catch my eye were ridiculous. On guy was asking over $5000 for a Rasheed!

Crowded, yes, but in varied widely from aisle to aisle after noon. Pretty similar to the last show in York in terms of vendors and products available. I did find a couple of items that I was looking for, at prices that I was willing to pay...

Lots of handguns, military stuff, magazines, ammo, a few really nice rifles, some junk, clothing, one candy guy, another jerky, not too bad. Half the show was all guns.
The crowd died down considerably in the afternoon and it was easy getting around then.

It didn’t work out for me to go to the show, but my friend who went told me that in vain I decided to stay at home (Now I regret that I didn’t take a vacation (

My son & I went yesterday. It was crowded, but the crowd was not particularly rude or stupid (this time). We hadn't planed on buying: we we on a looking trip. :innocent0BUT, I couldn't pass up a great deal from South Carroll on a 1917 Enfield (always good stuff and great prices).:party29: My son got some ammo, mags, and other odds & ends. I'm glad we went (wife is still a bit miffed!)
