I had a new Mossberg 100 ATR rifle confiscated by the Baltimore Police in June.

If you can get it out of Evidence Control, you can have it. I have given up on trying to get it back. Maybe there's someone here who would know how to get it out.

    1. Once the case pertaining to the rifle as evidence, if that is what it is, has been adjudicated and any evidence retention periods have expired, call the evidence control officer and request paperwork needed for the return process to begin
    2. Fill out the paperwork for return of the firearm. Follow all directions related to the paperwork.
    3. Wait for the call to pick up your firearm.
