"You last visited" time not right

Logged on this a.m. (0630) and I hit New Posts as always and it only showed about 15.When I looked up top it said I last visited @0325.Any ideas?

Lot of boards have a what-time-zone-are-you-in within the settings (User Control panel here). Sounds like yours is stuck on Pacific time.
