Framed as a debate:
1) Lock up the guns or
2) Educate the kids on being safe with guns and trust them
Both parents lock up their guns, although one advocates for teaching the kids to be safe and leaving them unlocked.
The end of this 'debate' had me a little concerned when the newscaster advocated disclosing with friends that there are guns in the house to other parents. I'm not sure I agree with this.
