my first purchase was a px4 storm in 9.
got it because the commercials were so damn convincing. if i could turn back time, i would stop watching tv during that time.

First handgun (Willed to me, by my Grandmother): 1963. OLD S&W knock-off - Spanish revolver. "Alfa". Looks like a mdl 10 S&W.
Caliber - .38 Long. (This revolver hasn't been fired in over 60 - 65 years.)

First handgun purchased: 1979. S&W mdl 39-2. POS "Jam-O-Matic".:tdown: Bought at Marvin's Sport City, in Iverson Mall.
I really wanted to like this pistol. S&W had it back, twice. Couldn't figure it out.
Sold it. (The buyer knew what he was getting. He didn't care.)

Second handgun purchased: 1979. S&W mdl 19-4. Bought at Realco Firearms, in District Heights.
I still have this wonderful revolver!!

Third handgun purchased: 1979. Charter Arms "Undercover". Bought at Realco Firearms. I still have it!!

my first handgun was a Taurus .357 magnum nickel plated revolver with a short barrel, I think 2.5 inches..? I saw it and had to have it. it was a blast to shoot and ammo was not hard to find.. .38 special is cheaper. the only problem is that past 10 yards or so it is not very accurate.. I like to think of it as my "get off me gun" I bought it used from engage a little over 3 years ago and I still shoot it, just not as much as my other handgun.
