Will the state ranges let you sift through the buckets? Can I sit at Hap Baker, Elk Neck, or Green ridge and sort through the brass barrel, or would someone have an issue with that?
Any thoughts? I did this with some 30-06 cases and worked well. Filled a gallon ziplock with the brass, and shot some Slip in there and tossed it around for a while like a porkchop. They sized nice and smooth.
Any idea if it will tumble off like other lubes, or is that going to be on there...
A guy I know through another forum had a bucket with 40 lbs of LC brass. All he wanted was $100. Fit in a large flat rate box and got here this morning. I have gotten about 1000 pieces of 45acp for next to nothing the same way.
I just picked up 2500 pieces of LC brass dirty and with spent primers for $100. Now I need some primers, powder, and bullets. Anyone have anything to spare?
I do indeed feel like I picked a terrible time to start reloading. I managed to grab 200 pieces of starline 45acp from cabelas last week.
Going back out to Westminster tomorrow with the 760. Going to sit all day, and hope for two for the freezer. Won't have to buy groceries all winter at least.
Turns out mine was not entered in any databases yet, and they had to pull it out of a pile on a table. It is on it's way to me now. This may also explain why I could not register on the new Compass system online.
Thanks, but the law as posted above clearly states that 1000 yards does not apply to nuisance animals, and this was confirmed by DNR Police on the phone.
I suppose this could be a beat the rap, not the ride kinda thing.
