      Where is the free HQL button on the W&C page after you are approved?

      Will be incomplete.. you need the permit number. (Not the application number) Asking. Why would you want to start the app when you don't have permit yet? It doesn't take long to get hql approved with permit exempt. What's a couple days of wait than getting rejected.

      Hql.. they just send you an email that it's been approved and send you a copy of the letter (PDF)
