Yeah Atomic has a ton of cheap guitars to go through. It's best to find one you are comfortable with. The neck shapes will all feel different in your hand and you will find you prefer some to others. Then I would recommend having a tech do a setup, because a poor playing guitar will frustrate...
That is pretty messed up. The CZ-USA webstore has 10rd mags in stock. The dealer could have made sure to order some or plug large ones like others said.
Just saw this on the CZ-USA Facebook Feed. Manticore Arms has developed a sliding stock and a pinnable faux suppressor. It would still need some US made parts to make it 922r compliant, but it may get over the 29" OAL in MD.
Both of my CZs are from CZ Custom. One was a factory custom (SP-01 Shadow Target) and the other was a stock 97B (that I bought from them) modded to my specifications. They were very easy to work with, I think it was 8-10 weeks when I got it a few years back. They actually completed it a week...
Correct, unless you mounted it directly to the receiver, which means modifying the existing rail since it is full length on the top and got a new matching Swiss front sight. The SIG USA sights are much taller. The SG550 series even has different marked front sights from the factory when they are...
That wouldn't work anyway. The rear sight bases are meant to be welded directly on the receiver. They would sit to high otherwise. They did have a clamp on version that had a short rail section, clamp on rotary diopter, and front sight. I've never seen them under $500 which like all SAN Swiss...
They are now, that may not have always been the case prior to 9/11 or likely they did, but were just not a part of the NORAD mission. The closest at that time with a NORAD mission were F-16s stationed at Langely, which is why they were the first over DC.
There is an ongoing NORAD exercise this week. The DC Air Guard F-16's have been on continuous alert for intercepts since 9/11.

I have no experience with the P-07/09s. Keep in mind that those have the Omega trigger system which is not the same as what you find in a 75/85/97b. The Omega system has less parts and is simplified to make it easier to work on. You can also switch from manual safety to decocker.
Yes they are and they were hard to find for a while. I know a place that has them for $595 new, but they are out of state. Probably be my choice over a standard 75b if I were buying a stock CZ.
After you get trigger work done on them you will never go with out again. CZ Custom does great...
There is a good description of the triggers from CZ Custom mentioning the difference of models with/without firing pin blocks.

I had my CZ-97b setup exactly the same as my SP-01 Shadow Target and there is a slight difference in trigger feel due to...
