But if it does go to hell, we'll need a slogan to shout out before going into battle.
Yelling PORK-RIBS or BACON-BITS might work.

Every one in the 3% should get this book - "Fry the Brain " by John West. It is a primer for the urban guerilla sniper.

In stock but may require an extra 1-2 days to process.
That lever action would, of course, have the John Browning modification for full auto!
It means this book's popularity has outstripped the expectations of the publisher. On Amazon it says:
Does that mean they need time to alert the authorities that you ordered it?
AR? What AR?

Ever-so-slight modification, like this:
Save your pennies and go Class III.... you can't buy a non-HBAR AR-15, but you can buy an M-16. You can't buy an AK semi, but you can buy a fully-auto Kalashnikov... get the picture.
Alcoa could never produce enough heavy duty tin foil to ever make me believe the Blue Helmets will ever set foot on American soil for the expressed purpose of confiscating America's firearms.
Rifle? There are no regulated rifles. Not to digress TOO much but what cool stuff can you get w/o an HQL, i.e. is there any detachable mag-fed semi-auto long gun that is not considered regulated and can be purchased with NICS check cash-n-carry from adjacent states or non-corporate in-state retailers?
If yer paranoid, please feel free to PM me your suggestions.
some things are worth fighting for.Alcoa has more than enough foil to see that. Its the universal world disarmament treaty pushed by the UN and sympathized with by Clintons, Obama and every other like thinker. THAT will be the foot in the door.
GW Bush basically told the UN to pack sand on that issue and reinforced it with our constitution. UN hushed up on that count. If the libs do manage to sign that treaty, after attacking the second amendment, that will be my moment to strap on my pistol, grab my rifle and hike to DC. I am not a violent person but that will be the time if we don't stop it then it may well over.

There is no politics aside answer to a question based on politics. Your question presumes that the AR and other common modern sporting, defense, and hunting rifles WILL be banned and "taken from us". Under this presumption, there is no correct answer. Tavor? oops, it's common now and on a banned list. SCAR? Oops, now they know about that one too and it's on the banned list as well. Rather than rolling over and trying to "stay ahead" of the bans, fight them and keep them from happening. That is the true answer to your original question as you posted it.

This is 100% cash and carry due to a number of middle fingers to the NFA in its design.
All this talk of long range sniping is rekindling my desire for a 300 win mag. This thread is finally taking the direction I was hoping.
While not as numerous competition shooters would just make it uglier.
Or hilltop.
You won't see Americans as refugees in other countries, when ours gets f*cked up we dust off the guns and fix it.
.338 Lapua, .375 Cheytac, .408 Cheytac, .416 Barrett or .50bmg.
See American Revolution.
It was ugly for the red coats.
